Brief Overview

E-cigarettes are classified as tobacco products in Brazil. A resolution prohibits the sale, advertisement, distribution and importation of e-cigarettes. As tobacco products, they are prohibited where ever smoking is prohibited by a decree.

There are currently no known vape stores in Brazil.
