Guam (USA)

Brief Overview

There does not currently appear to be any regulations or restrictions on e-cigarettes in Guam.

Although, there is a bill currently underway that would prohibit the use of electronic cigarettes in public establishments throughout Guam. Bill 198-34 would amend the law, known as the “Natasha Protection Act of 2005”, which bans smoking of tobacco products in public establishments like bars, restaurants and workplaces. The bill would add electronic smoking devices, which were not commonly used when the current law was written more than a decade ago.

As of January 1 2018, the minimum smoking (vaping) age in Guam has risen to 21.

There are a small number of vape stores to be found in Guam, and e-cigarettes can also be found in a number of tobacconists.
