Brief Overview

As of September 30, 2017, the U.S. Virgin Islands have passed legislation that requires a retail license to sell e-cigarettes over-the-counter, along with taxes applied to all e-cigarette products. Usage and personal importation do not currently appear to be restricted.

There are currently no known vape stores in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
