Belize

Brief Overview

E-cigarettes are currently legal in Belize, although the National Drug Abuse Control Council Belize (NADCC) are currently drafting a new Tobacco Control Act to be implemented by 2018. Apparently this will heavily regulate e-cigarette product sales and potentially restrict public use, along with a substantial tax applied to each final sale price.

We strongly recommend registering for updates as this page will be updated as soon as any new regulations or laws come into practice.

There are currently only 2 known retail stores in Belize, so we suggest you bring your devices and enough e-liquid with you for the duration of your stay.
