[Pronunciation: muted flavor/ˈmjuːtɪd/ˈfleɪvə/] [British: Mute Flavour]
Muted flavor is a term used to describe when the flavor hit of a certain topper, device, or e-liquid is not as pronounced as normal or is more bland than expected given the current set up. Many factors can cause this ranging from the wattage or temperature used, to the design of the atomizer or coils, to the type and brand of the flavor concentrates used in making the e-liquid, and many more. Each case must be investigated individually to rule out potential causes.
If no causes can be found, it’s worth asking for a second opinion from someone else to rule out vapers tongue.
