Automatic Shutoff

Automatic shutoff is a safety feature quite commonly seen on regulated mods which will shot off the power to the topper should the device detect abnormally high operating temperatures. This feature is designed to protect the user, by protecting the battery from overheating and entering thermal runaway. As with all safety features, it is not designed to replace common sense on behalf of the user, the user should always ensure they behave as if there are no safety features, if the outside of your mod is uncomfortably hot to the touch, remove the batteries (carefully) and let everything cool off.

Currently located in Sydney, Australia, I have been vaping since 2009 and became active in the e-cigarette industry in late 2015. Since then I’ve had the pleasure of visiting over 700 shops in 6 countries.
