401, 510, 710, 801 and 901 Threading

These all refer to varying sizes of the threads used to secure an atomizer to a device. Some of these were once common threading types used throughout the history of e-cigarettes, and most have faded into obscurity and have been replaced by the “510” which is by far the most common thread used by brands today.

Currently located in Sydney, Australia, I have been vaping since 2009 and became active in the e-cigarette industry in late 2015. Since then I’ve had the pleasure of visiting over 700 shops in 6 countries.
