In Venezuela, e-cigarette products cannot be used in enclosed public spaces or transport, as dictated by the tobacco control law.
The legalities surrounding the sale and distribution of e-cigarette products is more confusing, as they can either be classified as consumer goods, medicinal products, or as a tobacco derivative, and currently no e-cigarette products have been registered in these ways.
There are currently only a few vape stores in Venezuela, located in Caracas.
