In Uruguay, the sale, importation, registration, and promotion of both nicotine and non-nicotine e-cigarette products is explicitly banned by an amendment/decree.
This has been called a “total ban on e-cigarettes” by many online departments, and while there is no mention of usage restrictions available online, we strongly recommend not vaping in public, or consulting the government before you do so.
There are no known vape stores in Uruguay.
