In Ecuador, nicotine-containing e-cigarette products are classified as Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS) per a decree, and the tobacco control law bans use in public spaces/transport and other areas where smoking is prohibited. These restrictions do not apply to non-nicotine products.
There is currently only one vape store to be found in Ecuador.
