In Chile, nicotine-containing e-cigarettes are classified as medicinal products per a resolution. No e-cigarette product has been registered with the appropriate agency to determine what regulations will be imposed.
There currently does not appear to be any laws restricting the use, sale, importation or possession of e-cigarette products.
There are currently only a few vape stores to be found in Chile.
