A tobacco control (amendment) decree in Fiji applies to both nicotine-containing and non-nicotine e-cigarettes.
E-cigarettes cannot be sold to minors (under 18 years), advertised or used on public transportation or in certain enclosed public places. To ensure you aren’t breaking any laws, we recommend you don’t vape in areas where smoking is banned unless you have consulted local government.
There are currently no known vape stores in Fiji.
