Saskatchewan

Brief Overview

Health Canada classifies nicotine-containing e-cigarettes as new drugs under the Food and Drug Regulations. As such, there are restrictions on their sale, advertisement, promotion, sponsorship, importation and manufacturing. Products without nicotine are not regulated.

Saskatchewan currently has no additional territorial legislation, although the City of Saskatoon bans vaping everywhere smoking is banned.

Saskatchewan has a small vaping scene and only a few retail stores can be found throughout the state.
