E-cigarettes are classified as Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS) in Antigua and Barbuda. A person shall not manufacture, import, distribute at wholesale, sell or display for sale an ENDS or ENDS component, or bring the same into Antigua and Barbuda, or advertise, promote, or engage in sponsorship in relation to ENDS or ENDS components.
While there is no specific restriction on the use and possession of e-cigarette products, they cannot be purchased inside the country or brought into the country via your luggage or on your person, or via online purchase (both are classified as importation).
