Ukraine does not appear to have any regulations or restrictions in place regarding e-cigarettes.
Ukraine has a thriving vape scene and retail stores can be found in abundance throughout major cities such as Kiev and Kharkiv.
The use of e-cigarettes in public areas such as bars, restaurants, and other public places is currently not restricted.
Although vaping is legal both indoors and outdoors, common etiquette is always recommended. We suggest you ask each new venue whether it’s okay to vape before you do so, as some may have self-imposed restrictions.
