Russia does not appear to have any regulations in place restricting the use of e-cigarettes.
Russia has a thriving vape scene and retail stores can be found in abundance throughout populated areas of the country.
E-cigarettes are not considered to be related to tobacco or tobacco products in Russia and the use of electronic cigarettes in public areas such as bars, restaurants, and other public places is not restricted.
Although vaping is legal both indoors and outdoors, common etiquette is always recommended. We suggest you ask each new venue whether it’s okay to vape before you do so, as some may have self-imposed restrictions.
