United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Brief Overview

The sale and marketing of e-cigarettes is banned in accordance with a decision by Health Ministers of Gulf Countries. The Ministry of Health has also banned their use and possession.

The Foreign Office of Dubai issued a statement saying that if e-cigarette products are discovered they will be confiscated and there may be penalties.

We strongly suggest not attempting to bring any products into the United Arab Emirates or purchasing them while you are in the country.

If you do choose to partake in vaping while in the UAE, there is currently a thriving vape scene and online stores (and a small handful of retail stores) can be found throughout the country.
