It is currently illegal to manufacture, import, or sell e-cigarettes in Sri Lanka.
While the use and possession of e-cigarette products does not currently seem to be banned, it is illegal to bring them with you in your luggage or on your person (classified as importation) and to purchase them inside of Sri Lanka.
Having said that, there are a few non-vape specific retail outlets that stock a small selection of products, although the quality of these may or may not be of a high standard.
There are online reports that personal import of products has not posed an issue, but keep in mind that this practice is against the law.
