South Korea

Brief Overview

While e-cigarettes are currently legal in South Korea, the use of them is banned in public places and public transport with the exception of designated smoking areas.

E-cigarette products are also subject to a number of taxes and charges, so expect to pay a little more than usual because of this.

South Korea has a thriving vaping scene and a number of retail stores can be found, mainly in Seoul.
