The sale and marketing of e-cigarettes is banned in accordance with a decision of health ministers of gulf countries. It is also illegal to use an e-cigarette in any public area.
While this ban does not specifically cover possession or importation, you should use caution when deciding to bring any e-cigarette product into the country as they may be confiscated by customs.
Although banned, e-cigarette products can be found for sale in the country.
