Turkey

Brief Overview

E-cigarettes are currently legal to use and possess in Turkey and are classified as derivative products, although use is strictly prohibited in public places/transport outside of designated smoking areas.

All e-cigarette products are subject to duties/fees and are not eligible for tax exemptions; they are taxed at a ceiling of 45 percent. As such, you may find that prices in Turkey are higher than normal.

There are only a small handful of retail stores to be found in the country, so bringing any needed equipment with you may be a better alternative.
