Palestine

Brief Overview

A report on Palestine from the World Health Organization in 2014 states that National laws or regulations completely ban the sale of e-cigarettes, independent of nicotine level, although this information is not found elsewhere and is also contradicted in many places.

While there have been many drafted documents and proposed bills for the prohibition of e-cigarettes in the last few years, there does not appear to be a current ban in Palestine.

While this supposed ban only seems to apply to the sale of e-cigarette products, we suggest that you do not vape or bring any products into the country until further information is gathered from the embassy.
